mdless is a free markdown paste service that allows you to share markdown documents via shareable links. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal content or content that violates others' rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or harassing
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
  • Circumvent any rate limits or security measures

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and serve your content to others via the generated links.

We do not actively monitor content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

Pastes may be removed at any time without notice. Do not use mdless as your only storage for important documents. We are not responsible for lost content.

6. Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits (currently 10 pastes per minute per IP) to ensure fair use. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

7. DMCA and Takedowns

If you believe content on mdless infringes your copyright, please contact us with details of the infringing content and proof of ownership. We will review and remove infringing content promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided free of charge and without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
